The New York-based clothing retailer posted a second-quarter loss as sales fell and the retailer recorded restructuring costs.

J.M. Smucker Co., up $2.22 at $54.10

The maker of jams, jellies and Jif peanut butter said its fiscal first-quarter profit more than doubled and beat expectations.

Salesforce.com Inc., up $7.49 at $53.67

The maker of sales management softwares second-quarter results beat expectations and the company raised its full-year outlook.

Aeropostale Inc., up $3.67 at $39.55

An analyst said the teen apparel retailer is off to a strong back-to-school season after it posted a higher second-quarter profit.

D.R. Horton Inc., up 42 cents at $12.66

Shares rose after the National Association of Realtors said home resales posted the largest monthly increase in at least a decade.

Genzyme Corp., up $1.16 at $53.58

An analyst said the biotech firm will make a full recovery despite having to shut down a production facility because of contamination.

Brocade Communications Systems Inc., down 39 cents at $7.66

The networking equipment maker posted quarterly revenue below estimates, but analysts were unfazed and said fundamentals are solid.

Intuit Inc., down $2.23 at $28.62

An analyst downgraded the personal finance and business software maker a day after it posted a wider fourth-quarter loss.
